Building up from 8am – 10am
Event opens at 10am to the public when all vehicles must be parked off site
Breaking down from 5pm until 6pm
Parking for off loading is only permitted within authorised areas. Once off-loaded vehicles must be moved to nearby car parks or sea front parking. Details will be provided and a fee may be payable, not to the organiser. Sorry but because this venue is in the middle of town there is no on-site parking.
No refreshments of any type may be sold
No sub letting of space without the permission of the organiser
Confirmation of booking will only be given on receipt of full payment, stands will be reserved to allow time for cheques sent by post.
If through no fault of the Organiser the Hirer fails to attend this event, no refund will be given, sorry.
A copy of a current public liability insurance certificate must accompany the booking form and payment or be supplied as soon as available.
All rubbish must be removed from each stand at the end of the day.
All decorative items and props brought into the venue must be fire retardant. No naked flames, lit candles or incense are permitted, sorry.
The Organiser can accept no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any vehicle, possessions or equipment of the hirer in connection with the function that may be brought or left within the venue.
Exits from the venue may not be blocked or restricted, or fire appliances removed or tampered with.
No addition lights or electrical extensions shall be used without the previous consent of the organiser.
No fixings to be made to the fabric of the building except by blue tack for posters etc.
No music to be played by the hirer that will contravene the Performing Rights Society regulations.
The organiser shall not be liable for loss due to breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or gas, leakage of water, fire, government restriction or act of GOD which may cause the venue to close or the hire to be interrupted or cancelled.
